Liver, Pork Head Meat, and More!

I went over to my Chinese teacher's house to give him CD for a performance he is orchestrating and he invited me to lunch to talk about our Chin trip. We had pork liver, head meat, rice, cilantro and potatoes strips and rice of course.

He talked to me about the China trip and that he is calling a few travel agencies to get quotes for air fair. So far the not-planned plan is:
Fly to Atlanta and then L.A., then to Shanghai, and stop in Chengdu or Chongqing. On the way back we plan to stop in Seoul, South Korea for two days (arrive, stay the night and then leave later that night).

And.. hopefully I'm going to get my laptop tonight.. :)
